From first contact to a coordinated plan
Know the next step before you take it.
A clear care process reduces uncertainty. This page walks through the patient journey while keeping clinical and private information in the right channels.
The patient journey
Six steps, with no treatment promised in advance.
- 01
Choose a safe contact path
Call the office to request an evaluation. A call alone does not book an appointment; office staff confirm the time with you.
- 02
Confirm the appointment and access details
The office confirms location, provider, appointment type, insurance or self-pay questions, and any records process through an appropriate channel.
- 03
Prepare the full treatment picture
Bring an accurate medication and treatment history through the process the practice provides. Do not send clinical details through this website.
- 04
Meet for a comprehensive evaluation
The clinician reviews symptoms, history, prior response, safety, health factors, preferences, and goals. A consultation does not guarantee a particular treatment.
- 05
Discuss a coordinated plan
The plan may include medication, therapy, telehealth follow-up, TMS, SPRAVATO/esketamine, another approach, or further assessment.
- 06
Measure and adjust
Ongoing care reviews response, function, tolerability, access, and whether the plan still fits.

- Current medications and relevant prior treatment trials
- What improved, what did not, and what was difficult to tolerate
- Relevant medical and psychiatric history
- Questions about time, transportation, cost, and follow-up
- Your goals and what meaningful improvement would look like
