Michael Guglielmino has been providing private psychotherapy and clinical supervision services since 1988. Psychotherapy services he provides include individual, group, couple's and family therapy. He is equipped to provide tele-therapy services including group tele-therapy services, the safest forms of service during the current public health crisis. He has also recently started a private behavioral health consultation service drawing on his 30 plus years of experience managing outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, and inpatient programs in hospital-based and community mental health center facilities.
Michael specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and traumatic stress. He also has extensive experience providing a range of services for individuals with more serious and persistent mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Michael’s primary approach to therapy is interpersonal, but he is also proficient in cognitive-behavioral therapy and is a certified hypnotherapist. He employs other modalities such as structural and strategic family therapy and transactional analysis based on the needs of his clients and their families.
